A Magnificient Book.

Bruce Fife's book is simply the best available read on a complex subject of Alzheimer's. The solution of using ketones from MCT oils or organic coconut oil is seminal. Ketones are the only other energy source the brain can use besides glucose. And since everyone has a certain amount of insulin resistance as we age, this leads to a gradual and continual energy deficit leading to gradual deterioration of brain function as the brain can't maintain adequate synapses, myelin sheaths, and general brain function. Only ketones can make up this deficit. If used long term, you'll most likely never get Alzheimers. If you already have it, Bruce Fife's program will arrest its further progress and restore quite a bit of function, provided you are not too far gone. I strongly recommend the book, the program and supplements recommended in it. The book should be a standard textbook in any medical and pharmacy school.
